Responsibilities

  • Being an ambassador for a brand in the energy sector, ensuring the loyalty of the end customers
  • Assisting customers via chat, email, and inbound and outbound calls, plus some back-office responsibilities
  • Collect, do the screening and follow up on client's requests
  • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints, and any other client concern

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • European Union citizenship or Residency permit in Portugal is required
