Currently, we are seeking a Service Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.


Responsibilities:
Coordination, planning, and management of service delivery teams.
Ensuring that service delivery is aligned with the ITIL framework.
Coordination and execution of activities and ensuring their compliance.
Coordination of unplanned actions that may result in service interruption or degradation.
Delivery of reports and conducting meetings.
Analysis and recommendation of improvements

Requirements:
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (preferably Access and Excel);
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Experience with MS Project, ServiceNow and Grafana are a plus;
Dynamic, organized, and a good team player;
Ability to organize and plan;
Autonomy, proactivity, and customer orientation;
Analytical, synthesis, and critical evaluation skills;
Assertive communication;
Good at time management and prioritization.
