Competências e experiência procurada:
Conhecimentos avançados de troubleshooting de ambientes workplace windows;

Conhecimentos avançados de operação de ferramentas de ITSM, foco em ServiceNow;

Conhecimentos avançados de processo de Incident Management;

Conhecimentos avançados de processo de Change Management;

Capacidade de construir documentação técnica;

Conhecimentos avançados de processos de instalação de aplicações em ambientes workplace Microsoft;

Conhecimentos de System Center e Intune;

Conhecimentos ou certificação de Itil;

Inglês falado e escrito.

Escolaridade mínima 12o Ano.

Experiência mínima de 1 ano
