Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Glory Global Solutions. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide exceptional technical support and assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logging, prioritizing, and assigning incidents and service requests
  • Manning the Service Desk number and providing timely support
  • Resolving incidents and service requests to a high standard, with a focus on First Time Fix (FTF)
  • Escalating incidents and service requests to other teams when necessary
  • Reporting on statistics and metrics as required
  • Fulfilling joiners, movers, and leavers requests in accordance with regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
