We're looking for a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Team IT. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
