About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document and track incidents and issues in our ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge.
