Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Expert to join our team at Dg Heating And Air Conditioning Inc. As a Service Desk Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT service management processes and tools
- Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Academic qualifications at the 12th year level
- Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs
- Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow
- Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements
- Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process
- Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI
- ITIL, Power BI and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer orientation and service quality
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy
