Perfil:

  • Experiência em Reservas de grupos
  • Experiência profissional em Turismo/Hotelaria (preferencial)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade
  • Fortes habilidades organizacionais e atenção ao detalhe
  • Bons conhecimentos de Português e Inglês (escrito e falado)

Responsabilidades:

Reservas de grupos

  • Atendimento telefónico e resposta a e-mails
  • Elaboração de propostas e orçamentos
  • Negociação e seguimento dos pedidos
  • Percepção de tarifas e upselling
  • Gestão de processos e reservas
  • Faturação

Relacionamento com clientes

  • Estabelecimento de relações com clientes
  • Compreensão das necessidades dos clientes
  • Realização de visitas com clientes e potenciais clientes
  • Atração de novos clientes
  • Participação em eventos de turismo

Atingir metas de Vendas

  • Planeamento de vendas e análise de mercado
  • Acompanhamento das contas e principais parceiros
  • Análise da produção por parceiro

Fornecedores/parceiros

  • Identificação de novos parceiros
  • Gestão de pedidos e pagamentos
