The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at www.neotalent.pt.Role Overview:We are looking for an Application Engineer (Support) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading digital solutions provider specialized in delivering innovative technology services for major international organizations.If you are eager to grow your career in application support, contribute to the reliability of business-critical systems, and collaborate with a passionate and multidisciplinary team, this is the right challenge for you.Come energize your future with usWhat you will do:• Implement custom configurations based on Line of Business (LoB) requirements.• Diagnose and resolve issues related to team deliveries and business applications.• Troubleshoot and debug flows related to WCC, PCRME, and Order Management (OM+).• Analyze logs to identify and document root causes of incidents (RCA).• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across systems (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines).• Resolve technical issues affecting key components such as OM+, Web Center Content, and PCRME.• Develop or maintain automation and tooling scripts.• Validate configuration changes and support production deployments.• Provide RCA documentation to prevent future incidents.• Contribute to team knowledge base by maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.What you are like:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.• 1–2 years of professional experience in application support, scripting, or configuration roles.• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems or support engineering environments.• Proficiency with WCC (WebCenter Content), OM+, and PCRME.• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Pipelines).• Ability to script and develop automation tools.• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.• Plus: exposure to large-scale, international projects and service improvement initiatives.Why join us:• Work on challenging projects for big clients.• Learn more about emerging technologies.• Possibility of working remotely.• Design your career plan.• Access to continuous training and certifications.• Evolve through our internal mobility program.• … and much more
