Procuramos um gestor ao nível de diretor para moldar a nossa organização de vendas e escalar a receita para o próximo nível. O candidato ideal será responsável pela arquitetura da estratégia de vendas e pela formação da equipa de reservas, executivo de vendas, executivo de marketing e ainda estagiários afeto a este departamento, bem como, contas de grande e médio porte. Deve estar entusiasmado(a) com a venda nos destinos onde o Grupo opera, traçando estratégias para os próximos passos, procurando negócios e vencendo a concorrência em oportunidades frente a frente.
Requisitos : 5 anos de experiência relevante em vendas e gestão de equipas; Possuir amplo conhecimento de princípios e práticas de vendas e capacidade de treinar outras pessoas sobre eles; Fortes habilidades analíticas e quantitativas; capacidade de usar dados e métricas concretos para respaldar suposições, recomendações e impulsionar ações; Capacidade comprovada de influenciar equipas multifuncionais; Força na resolução de problemas, resolução de problemas, capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente de trabalho baseado em prazos, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de realizar multitarefas; Fortes habilidades de liderança e construção de equipas. Construir planos e estratégias para desenvolver negócios e atingir as metas de vendas de cada unidade hoteleira do Grupo; Auxiliar e acompanhar o cumprimento de metas definidas por Orçamento. Preparar previsões e relatórios de KPI para os Diretores e Administração, para uso em planeamento organizacional, previsão financeira, definição de orçamento e planeamento estratégico; Alcançar e expandir: processo de construção e funil para alcance manual de cima para baixo, integração, ativação e expansão; Evangelizar o produto e ajudar pessoalmente a fechar os maiores negócios; Trabalhar de forma colaborativa entre equipas e unidades hoteleiras do Grupo; Estabelecer os requisitos de leads de entrada necessários para atender aos seus objetivos de vendas; Fornecer visibilidade total do pipeline de vendas em todas as fases de desenvolvimento; Estabelecer e promover parcerias e relacionamentos com clientes-chave, tanto externa quanto internamente; Definir e planear a presença do Grupo em Feiras e Eventos chave para o desenvolvimento do projeto.
