The Sales Associate will join our Sales Team. We are looking for someone with a passion for property sales and a strong ability to connect with HNWI from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the entire sales process from the initial product pitch to deal closing, coordinating all involved parties involved, including lawyers, brokers, banks, fund managers, and investors. Client, Broker Presentations: Conduct concept presentations in marketing lounge (or via video calls) followed by the property/project tours with clients to explain the Ando Living concept, project specifics, and operation agreements. Follow-ups and Communication: Follow-ups with leads and adress their queries by liaising with legal, construction, and operations teams to facilitate deal closures. CRM Management: Maintain and manage contact information in HubSpot, working closely with the CRM manager to engage different lead types effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on new leads, conversion rates, lost deals, and the performance of agents and markets. International Events: Participate in fairs and international events with the sales and marketing teams to promote the companys projects. Warm Calls: Reach out to potential clients to provide preliminary information on Golden Visa opportunities, investment types, and the benefits of investing in Portugal, gauging their interest and ability. Marketing Collaboration: Provide insights to the Head of Digital Marketing regarding the performance of digital campaigns targeting warm leads. Team Support: Provide support to the office, sales, and marketing teams as needed to ensure smooth operations. Database Management: Keep the CRM and all databases up to date to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of conversion rates. Requisitos : Bachelors degree in Management, Sales or other related field Fluent in English (other languages are highly desirable) 2-3 years experience in a sales role, preferably within real estate Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, specially HNWI Ability to work independently, with commitment, management and organizational skills Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, investment processes, and market trends Attention to detail and management of CRM systems Based in Lisbon, Portugal and available to work in the office (mandatory)
