Description DAZN are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Clubs Partnership Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for several FIFA Club World Cup teams, including top clubs from Portugal, Brazil, and the MENA region. This role requires deep expertise in football club marketing, with a strong understanding of Brazilian football culture. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, relationship management, and performance reporting while ensuring seamless collaboration between our platform and partner clubs. This role will integrate the DAZN Portuguese Marketing Team.The freelance contract will be for 6 months. This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal. As our new Club Partnership Manager, you'll have the opportunity to: Account & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and football clubs, ensuring a strong and productive partnership.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and commercial teams at Portuguese, Brazilian, and MENA region clubs.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to maximize club participation in marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing activations, ensuring alignment with club branding and fan engagement strategies.
- Work closely with club marketing teams to design campaigns that drive audience engagement, viewership, and platform subscriptions.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging across different club markets, considering local fan culture and digital behaviors.
- Leverage the deep knowledge of Brazilian football culture to craft initiatives that resonate with Brazilian fans and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the DAZN marketing, content, platform & media teams.
- Maintain a structured and well-organized workflow to manage multiple club partnerships simultaneously.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams (content, product, data, and commercial teams) to align efforts with club activations.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of club-related marketing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights on club partnerships, fan engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future activations and improve engagement outcomes.
- Proven experience in football club marketing management, ideally in a key account or partnership management role.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian football culture, including fan engagement, media landscape, and club marketing dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese, Brazilian, and MENA football ecosystems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on reporting and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing high-profile stakeholders.
- Sports Lover.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal, with potential travel requirements.
