Main Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities in diverse markets and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and respond effectively with strategic plans to meet these requirements.
- Business Growth and Improvement: Think strategically, set goals and objectives to drive business growth and improvement, and implement operational changes through strategic planning and execution.
- Product Knowledge and Education: Stay up-to-date on the company's products or services and educate others about them.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare sector.
- A higher education degree.
- Prior experience in the IT and/or healthcare fields is beneficial.
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in English and French.
- An empathetic, resilient, dynamic, and proactive approach to business development.
- The ability to travel as needed.
