B2B Territory Account Manager (Lisbon/Mid/South region)

TP-Link Portugal is seeking regional B2B sales to help continuously grow in the Enterprise Networking Business Unit. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-Link aims to establish a regional salesforce network, looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of B2B channel management by regional division. Based on networking and security one-stop solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.

Position Overview:

As Territory Account Manager, you will represent a pivotal role in developing our business in your region. You will be responsible for recruitment of new B2B partners, managing key accounts allocated in the region, and collaborating with vertical sales to explore B2B industry business (hospitality/public sector/health care/education, etc.).

Job Description:

  1. Overall territory B2B account management, develop and implement sales targets and improve B2B channel coverage.
  2. Identify and nurture new accounts within the designated territory, focusing on system integrators, B2B resellers, and installers.
  3. Drive and motivate managed accounts to sell our complete category solution, growing in-house share with managed partners.
  4. Lead project flow internally and externally, organize and check multi-party cooperation steps, and ensure timeline control and supply achievement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver completed solution services and brand value.
  6. Keep involvement with and insight into B2B industry trends, competitor actions, and market news, and align with decision-making.
  7. Summarize and present regional sales reports.

We are looking for:

  1. Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors (enterprise networking and security-related industry experience is an advantage).
  2. In-depth understanding of B2B partners and the B2B market within the dedicated region, with well-known engagement of local partners and knowledge on kick-off business with new accounts.
  3. Target-oriented to achieve and exceed sales targets, ownership, and independent ability to deal with cases in the region and ensure local business operation runs well.
  4. Minimum 3 years field sales experience in the designated region is required, ready for mapping visits with potential partners, and staying with and listening to B2B partners and customers in daily work.
  5. Experience in project management and updating account pipeline and database.
  6. Full clean driving license.
