TP-Link Portugal is seeking regional B2B sales to help continuously growth in the Enterprise Networking Business Unit. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-Link target to establish regional salesforce network, looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of B2B channel management by regional division. Base on networking and security one-stop solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
Position Overview: As Territory Account Manager, you will represent a pivotal role in developing our business in your region. You will be responsible for recruitment of new B2B partner, managing key account allocated in the region and corporate with vertical sales to dig B2B industry business(hospitality/public sector/health care/education, etc.)
Job Description: · Overall territory B2B account management, develop and implement sales targets and improve B2B channel coverage.
· Identify and nature new account within the designed territory, focus on system integrator,B2B reseller and installers .
· Drive and motivate managed account to sell our completed category solution, grow Inhouse share with managed partners.
· Lead project flow internally and externally, organize and check multi-party cooperation step and ensure timeline control and supply achievement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing and technical support to deliver completed solution service and brand value.
· Keep involvement with and insight into B2B industry trends, competitor actions and market news, and align to decision-making.
· Summarize and present regional sales report.
We are looking for: · Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors (enterprise networking and security related industry experience as an advantage).
· In-dept with B2B partners and good understanding of B2B market within the dedicated region, well-known engagement of local partners and know how on kick-off business with new account.
· Target oriented to achieve and exceed sales targets, ownership and independent ability to deal with cases in region and ensure local business operation runs well.
· Min 3 years field sales experience in designed region is required, ready for mapping visit with potential partners, stay with and listen to B2B partner and customer in daily work.
· Experience in project management and updating account pipeline and database.
· Full clean driving licence.
