The EMEA Region Account Manager will be responsible for supporting a large portfolio of clients, mainly through tech-touch and low-touch interactions. This includes running onboarding calls, identifying potential opportunities for expansion, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions using internal tools.
This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus. Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in HR or payroll processes, is preferred.
