Actualmente estamos reclutando un Sales Representative para Zona: Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura que esté basado en Gran Canaria.
Esta posición se integrará en la unidad de negocio de Wound Care (Curación de heridas), y estará focalizada en la venta de un portafolio específico de tecnología médica para el ámbito hospitalario. Esta posición reportará al Sales Area Manager responsable de la región Sur de esta unidad.
En qué consistirá tu rol? Tu rol consistirá en identificar y analizar oportunidades de venta. Realizar Plan Account (definir en qué clientes, con qué productos, e indicaciones va a enfocarse) y establecer rutas de trabajo.
Desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento plan de acción (objetivos y planes para cada cliente cuantificando y asignando los recursos necesarios) así como consecución de los objetivos de venta de su zona. Control y seguimiento de los concursos de su territorio.
Podrás proponer y dar seguimiento a actividades propias de Medical Education y participar en eventos de terceros.
Mantener un excelente nivel de conocimiento técnico de los productos propios y de la competencia así como formación continuada en habilidades comerciales y otras áreas.
Segmentación y targeting de sus clientes y reporte de la actividad y oportunidades en el CRM.
Qué necesitarás para tener éxito en tu nueva posición? Tendrás éxito en este nuevo reto si tienes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión, capacidad analítica y negociadora, eres una persona con orientación al cliente, y con habilidades de planificación. También será muy bienvenida tu capacidad de innovación
Formación y Experiencia Licenciatura o diplomatura relacionada con Ciencias de la Salud y/o Marketing.
Experiencia en Medical Device y ámbito quirúrgico.
Experiencia en ventas preferiblemente en sector de Curación de Heridas.
Experiencia en gestión de cuentas de clientes.
Inglés: nivel medio.
Otras Consideraciones Tiempo completo.
Alta disponibilidad para viajar y carné de conducir.
