As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders on a national basis, offering a wide range of knowledge and experience, making it a perfect step for successful career development.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with business objectives.
• Probe and identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
• Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
• Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
• Research and analyze competitive and industry trends.
• Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.

We are looking for
• Sales professional with previous experience in a similar environment; forwarding industry experience is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple vertical and horizontal stakeholders with multicultural backgrounds; prior international working experience is a plus.
• Able to think outside the box, deliver innovative solutions, and find new ways of working.
• Flexibility while remaining accurate under stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and good commercial sense.
• Proactive, able to take ownership, willing to go the extra mile for customers, and build long-term relationships.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 minimum) is a must.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent ability to problem-solve and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
