Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Controls Products Business in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a customer strategy, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Portugal.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers, understanding their unique challenges and context.
  • Map the customer network, define a customized plan of accounts, and lead and develop relationships.
  • Transition from price to solutions and value discussions, and partner with other team members to achieve desirable results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or the building technology area.
  • Understanding of value propositions and ability to add value to the customer's needs.
  • Clear and measurable technical/sales background demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated background in large, complex, matrix organizations.
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build, negotiate, and close long cycle sales.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English.
