Job Title: Sales Manager

Tock is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Manage sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
