About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medrhythms, specializing in selling medical devices within the Veterans Affairs (VA) organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets, focusing on the introduction of new products and creating targeted marketing plans to enhance awareness and adoption of MedRhythms' products within the VA system.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VA healthcare professionals, administrators, and procurement officers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Maintain in-depth knowledge of MedRhythms' products and their applications, providing education and training to VA healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of InTandem, and staying updated on product developments and innovations to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working directly with VA hospitals and clinics, with a deep understanding of the Veterans Administration system and its procurement processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales, with a focus on new product introduction.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing entrepreneurial sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, with the ability to adapt and innovate.
