Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Philadelphia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top restaurants in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target restaurants
- Pitch Tock's all-in-one system for reservations, takeout, delivery, and events to replace and improve current reservation systems
- Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation
- Exceed sales revenue and overall goals
- 7+ years of experience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry (E-commerce or SaaS ideal)
- Experience developing business development strategies for new territories
- Demonstrated experience meeting sales quotas
- Intrinsically motivated with experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 USD per year, depending on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location. In addition to the cash compensation, all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation package.
