Nous recrutons un(e) Customer Success Manager francophone pour notre client.
Vos tâchesÊtre le premier point de contact et gérer la satisfaction du client.Reconnaître les clients qui ont besoin d'une assistance supplémentaire par des contrôles d'intégrité proactifs, guidés par des indicateurs d'intégrité tels que les pourcentages de conversion.Exécuter un plan de gestion de compte prescrit pour communiquer notre vision de la gestion des prospects et l'adapter aux objectifs commerciaux de chaque compte.Mettre en œuvre des tâches structurées qui mettent chaque client sur la trajectoire d'un retour sur investissement positif.Exprimer les préoccupations des clients à chaque équipe responsable au sein de l'organisation et créer des stratégies pour y donner suite de manière cohérente.Atteindre un taux de fidélisation de 90 % et une évolution annuelle du revenu de 15 % par compte.Documenter les actions réussies prises pour atteindre les objectifs de rétention et de revenus. ProfilFrançais natif ou courant.Expérience dans la vente B2B et prospection.La connaissance d'autres langues est un plus.Une expérience en identification et capture de nouvelles opportunités de business (hunting).Bonne écoute, esprit de résolution de problèmes, capacité naturelle à résoudre les conflits rapidement et efficacement. Ce que nous proposonsContrat direct avec le client d'un an avec la possibilité de rénovation.Formation.Salaire Base : 1000€.Panier repas : 7,80€ (sur carte).Prime de Productivité (400€ lorsque 100% des objectifs sont atteints).Allocation Transport: 20€ par mois.Assurance médicale.Horaires : Lundi au vendredi, 40h par semaine (08h00 à 17h00 / 09h00 à 18h00).Lieu de Travail : Parque das Nações (Lisbonne).
