Role: Dutch speaking Customer Care Advisor
Salary: 1050€ gross per month (this includes the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation (so no cost for rent or utility bills). Package without company accommodation is 1309 euro gross p/m. You can also earn a monthly performance bonus, which is on average an additional 100 euro gross p/m.
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 23:00.
Overview of the company: Our client is a global outsourcing company with offices around the world. In Portugal, they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, providing a very multicultural environment.
The Role: As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support customers of a global leader in diabetes care, who develops and manufactures innovative injection and infusion systems for self-medication. You will provide excellent support in Dutch and English for users of advanced insulin pumps and accessories. Your role is to guide and empower customers, ensuring a seamless experience with innovative healthcare solutions.
