Position Overview:As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor , you'll be the frontline representative for our Dutch-speaking subscribers, offering them invaluable assistance as they navigate the vast and exciting world of streaming. This role allows you to connect directly with users, enhance their streaming experience, and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Subscriber Support : Provide top-notch assistance to Dutch-speaking subscribers by addressing their inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and swiftly resolving streaming-related concerns. Your goal is to ensure every subscriber has a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience.
- Effective Communication : Leverage your fluent Dutch skills to communicate effectively with subscribers, ensuring their needs are met and their streaming journey is smooth.
- Issue Resolution : Demonstrate your problem-solving prowess by promptly addressing and resolving subscriber concerns, with the ultimate goal of enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our streaming platform and diverse content offerings, enabling you to provide accurate and valuable information to subscribers.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) : Your ability to engage effectively with Dutch-speaking subscribers and team members is essential for this role.
