Responsabilidades: Operacionalização de campanhas na plataforma de loyalty; Construir relatórios demonitorização dos resultados das acções; Trabalhar numa óptica de melhoria continua de forma a automatizar os processos; Contribuir para a identificação da necessidade de novas ferramentas, e acompanhar projectos de desenvolvimento; Análise de incidentes mais graves, bem como definição do plano de resolução e de criação de procedimentos.
