Como Country Manager Portugal, tendrás la misión de liderar y gestionar todas las operaciones KION ITS EMEA en Portugal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, estratégicos y financieros.
Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de negocio en el mercado portugués alineadas con la visión de las Marcas y del Grupo para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Evaluar y tomar decisiones clave sobre las inversiones, las alianzas y el desarrollo de mercado.
Coordinar y llevar a cabo proyectos estructurales y de organización.
Colaborar estrechamente con la sede regional y central para alinear las estrategias, los objetivos y las acciones.
Supervisar las operaciones diarias para garantizar la excelencia y la eficiencia de los procesos y las actividades.
Garantizar que los departamentos trabajen de manera eficiente, coordinada y en estrecha colaboración.
Implementar políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad.
Garantizar la cobertura de mercado y la realización de los objetivos comerciales y de servicio.
Velar por la competencia inteligente entre las marcas KION ITS en base a la estrategia y el posicionamiento de cada una frente al mercado.
Financieras:
Garantizar la salud financiera y el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa.
Elaborar y monitorear los planes financieros, presupuestos y previsiones.
Supervisar los resultados financieros de la empresa, implementar planes de mejora y estrategias para mitigar riesgos.
Garantizar que la empresa mantiene un flujo de caja adecuado para hacer frente a sus obligaciones. Gestionar el capital circulante y la liquidez.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos financieros.
Aplicar medidas de control de costes para mejorar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad. Revisar y aprobar los gastos importantes y las iniciativas de ahorro.
Supervisar las auditorías internas y aplicar los controles necesarios.
Talento:
Gestión, promoción y contratación del personal, coordinando decisiones con directivos funcionales a nivel regional.
Controlar los niveles salariales y los sistemas de incentivos.
Promover la empresa en el mercado y en los centros académicos para atraer nuevo talento.
Implementar programas de desarrollo y capacitación.
Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo, positivo y productivo siguiendo los valores del Grupo KION.
Asegurar la motivación, el compromiso y la retención del talento.
Calidad, ambiental, salud y seguridad:
Elaboración y Aprobación de la Política de QHSE, definición del contexto, partes interesadas y objetivos del sistema de Gestión.
Garantizar la eficacia y la mejora continua del sistema de gestión a todos los niveles (planificar, formar y promover una cultura preventiva en la empresa).
Incentivar la comunicación, consulta y participación de los trabajadores en la salud y seguridad laboral.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad asociados a los procesos según lo definido en las Fichas de Proceso, Subproceso, Instrucciones o cualesquiera otros definidos en los documentos del Sistema.
Asegurar la segregación de residuos generados en origen y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de control ambiental definidos en el sistema.
Usar y asegurar el uso de EPI's necesarios en zonas y trabajos indicados.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Prevención y control de los riesgos asociados al puesto según evaluación de riesgos y cualesquiera de los requisitos de SST definidos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones locales e internacionales.
Relaciones:
Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes, proveedores y otros socios estratégicos.
Revisar los contratos de partners teniendo en cuenta los aspectos jurídicos.
Intensificar y fomentar las relaciones exteriores, representar a la empresa ante las autoridades, las asociaciones y la sede central.
Gestionar la imagen y reputación de la empresa.
Formación, conocimientos & Experiencia:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o campos relacionados.
Experiencia de 10 años en roles de liderazgo, preferiblemente en contextos multinacionales.
Conocimiento sólido en finanzas corporativas y gestión de resultados.
Dominio del Inglés.
