Your Role:
Provide remote technical/administrative support to clients (e.g., automobile, energy, IT, and cosmetics companies).
Troubleshoot systems, applications, and networks.
Coordinate with clients and technicians via phone, email, and chat.
Be part of a dynamic, international team.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Windows, VPN, Office 365, Citrix, and ticketing tools.
Team player, reliable, and punctual.
