We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company. If you love helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you

in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;
key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;

competências
native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
friendly and professional demeanor;
strong communication skills;
ability to remain calm under pressure;
a first experience in customer service is a plus;

principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 1000€/month;
- performance bonus up to 100€/month;
- meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- schedule: monday to friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts);
- days off: weekends;
- working contract: 6 months (renewable);
