Global pharmaceutical company. Descriçao da oferta Our Client wants to recruit a motivated Brand Manager to join its affiliate in Lisbon. This role is responsible for partnering with different functions to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution at local level for a new promising biologic, bringing competitive patient solutions. Additionally, this position covers the rest of the products in the portfolio.
Description Lead and manage the launch of a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology; Create robust launch platform for the brand as part of the local launch Team, partner with the different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution at local level; Efficient understanding of the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology and integration of the patient and HCP insights in the launch strategy; Develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes that the current era in the pharmaceutical industry puts forward; Create, develop and manage digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company's marketing strategies and align all the company networks to guarantee success; Secure sophisticated, targeted and more efficient scientific communication using optimally all communication channels to create value for our customers and for the patients; Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including (but not limited to) market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation; Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand including sales forecasts and budget monitoring. Profile University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience; Expertise in Dermatology, Immunology or rheumatology is ideal; Experience with innovative molecules is ideal; Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring; Experience in budget preparation and management; Experience with product launches is an advantage; Strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity and teamwork orientation are required; Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and with external stakeholders; Demonstrable entrepreneurship, strategic thinking and innovation skills; Skilled at making decisions that encourages a positive and results-oriented team; Professional level of English.
