Due to a restructuring, our client wishes to recruit a Global Head of Sales, expert in technologies, with a proven track managing teams and overachieving targets.
Client Details Our client is a multinational IT Consultancy company.
Description Identify and engage potential new customers, discover opportunities for sales, pitch the entire client portfolio directly or as lead of a team of Sales ManagersDrive offer creation, deal and contract negotiation and closure of order entry to achieve Global new customer and order entry targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfactionRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of executing the company's sales strategyProvide leadership, mentoring and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and targets aligned with the company's overall strategyEstablish and optimise sales processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectivenessTrack key performance metrics and sales KPIs to evaluate performance against targets, identify areas for improvement and prepare sales reportsConduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threatsProfile Proven working experience as a sales executive or a similar roleExperienced in managing and coaching sales teams, based in different geographiesProven sales track record and excellent stakeholder managementEuropean Market knowledgeEffective communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportResilient, results driven and independent professionalEffective time management and planning skills person to achieve resultsFluent in EnglishDegree in IT, business administration, sales, or relevant fieldsJob Offer To be part of solid and fast-growing structure and to join a transformation program working with a substantial level of flexibility.
