infeurope is looking for a First Level Support in Lisbon for a European InstitutionStart Date: April 2024Duration: until 31.12.2024, extensions possibleContract type: FreelanceLocation of work: On-site in Lisbon (first 6 months on-site in Lisbon for an induction period, thereafter home office possible for 2 days per week)Task description:Resolution of Incidents and Service requestsAdminister the day-to-day user requests to satisfy continuity of serviceApplication troubleshooting, minor configuration changesJob requirements:Bachelor degreeProven experience in: Direct customer supportMS Windows and MS Office 365First experience with Active Directory/Azure would be an advantageFirst experience with a ticketing system (Jira or Service Now)Usage of Microsoft TeamsOther experience:Experience working in a multicultural and multinational environmentStrong communications skills; English is mandatory (minimum level B2); Experience in communicating in English with non-native English speakers; Ability to provide support over the phone; excellent phone conversation skills, professional demeanourGood organizational skills and the ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervisionTeam player with a willingness to offer and provide help to non-technical users; Ability to build good and strong relationships with the End-User baseAbility to exercise patience and to remain composed and professional always and especially when under pressure;Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve itWhat we offer:Competitive Freelance RatePossibility to get ITIL certifiedProviding a top-notch reference for your CV of a European InstitutionHome office workOn-the-job trainingIf you are interested please send your CV to ******
