- Start Date**:April 2024**:

- Duration: until 31.12.2024, extensions possible
- Contract type**:Freelance**:

- Location of work: On-site in **Lisbon **(first 6 months on-site in Lisbon for an induction period, thereafter home office possible for 2 days per week)

**Task description**:

- Resolution of Incidents and Service requests
- Administer the day-to-day user requests to satisfy continuity of service
- Application troubleshooting, minor configuration changes

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor degree

**Proven experience in**:

- Direct customer support
- MS Windows and MS Office 365
- First experience with Active Directory/Azure would be an advantage
- First experience with a ticketing system (Jira or Service Now)
- Usage of Microsoft Teams

**Other experience**:

- Experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment
- Strong communications skills; English is mandatory (minimum level B2); Experience in communicating in English with non-native English speakers; Ability to provide support over the phone; excellent phone conversation skills, professional demeanour
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
- Team player with a willingness to offer and provide help to non-technical users; Ability to build good and strong relationships with the End-User base
- Ability to exercise patience and to remain composed and professional always and especially when under pressure;
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
