Descrição O Account Executive Internacional irá desempenhar as seguintes responsabilidades: Gerir a carteira de apólices do conjunto de clientes que lhe estejam atribuídos, efetuando o acompanhamento de todos os assuntos inerentes, juntamente com outros países; Proceder a uma análise sistemática e crítica das condições da carteira, propondo eventuais alterações e novas soluções, zelando pelo desenvolvimento da mesma; Efetuar retenção da carteira; Gerir os processos de renovação anual da carteira dos clientes; Assegurar a comunicaçãocom os cliente, seguradoras e outros gestores; Assegurar a gestão dos processos; Efetuar o acompanhamento dos processos de decisão junto das companhias de seguros, com vista a garantir o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço definidos. Perfil ideal Procuram um Account Executive Internacional com o seguinte perfil: Formação académica; Experiência em gestão de clientes em corretor ou mediador (obrigatório); Conhecimentos avançadosa inglês (obrigatório); Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office.
