What you will be doing: Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities .
Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions , regions and business partners .
Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups D etermine and review appropriate KPIs to c oordinat e business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities .
Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results .
Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscape Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise .
What do you bring with you: The ideal candidate would demonstrate : Curiosity and team player attitude .
Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms ( such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel ) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau , Pow er BI ) to analys e and present data.
Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python , etc.)
is a benefit .
Very good planning and organisational skills .
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth , customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language) .
Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit .
