We are seeking for aJunior HR Administrative to join our partner. Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding program operations; Communicate training events internally; Create and edit training materials; Handle training sessionlogistics, including event support and scheduling; Support training eventsfor smooth execution; Support the teams with the training platform; Maintain training records and documentation; Collaborate to improve training processes and materials; Assist in evaluating and enhancing training effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar areas; Previous experience in Learning and Development or related areas are considered a big plus; Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software; Proficient in MicrosoftOutlook, including email management, calendar scheduling, and task organization; Experienced in Microsoft Excel, with skills in data analysis andcreating tables; Create and Improve digital training content; Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CCP) is a plus; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; #J-18808-Ljbffr
