What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Give customer support by handling customers' questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs. In essence, you will take good care of the customers;Manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process;Take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have an advanced level of Portuguese (written and oral) (C1)English level (intermediate)Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months)High curiosity about the cryptocurrency marketAbility to effectively communicate, both written and verballySkilled in multi-tasking & working under pressureFast learner, diligent workerIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
