Furthermore, you'll have an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and participating in the service improvements provided to all users.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will:You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customersTake care of our French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceWork on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsWork with other departments together, for example Sales and MarketingYou will be part of an international and multilingual teamYour qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Fluent, verbal and written in French (C1)Advanced level of English (B2)Strong communication skills: approachable, patient and customer-orientedHigh level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priorityCapable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issuesPrior experience as customer supportFamiliarity with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and ability to work with many tools at onceProblem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issuesWell-organized and able to stay calm under pressureProficient in using a smartphone, tablet and computersIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
