We are seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist for the launch of our company, which specializes in human resources management for large, medium, and small businesses. The HR & Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our HR functions and supporting both our internal team and clients.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage all future recruitments for our company and our clients
Oversee the onboarding process for all new employees

Payroll and Compliance: Manage the company's payroll
Guide the company in adopting appropriate payroll management procedures for clients
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations

HR Team Development: Assist in building an HR team to strengthen our recruitment, payroll, and other services
Develop internal procedures to enhance employee experience

Maintain personnel data in compliance with current laws
Manage employee records and keep the organizational chart up to date
Benefits and Services Management: Manage social benefits and our compensation policy
Handle tax and social security payments for our employees and those of our clients
Manage service providers in the HR space, including occupational health doctors, meal card providers, and medical insurance providers

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Management or a relevant field
3 or more years of experience in an HR role or HR Administration
Excellent written and spoken communication in Portuguese and English
Comfortable with technology and able to master new software quickly
