Sobre o nosso cliente O nosso cliente (insurance), uma Empresa do Setor Segurador Multinacional, líder na sua área de atuação, situada em Lisboa (Lisbon), procura um HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist and Payroll para integrar a Direção de Recursos Humanos.
Descrição O HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist and Payroll irá desempenhar as seguintes responsabilidades:
Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e a implementação dos processos de RH a nível local e internacional no âmbito da área de Compensação e Benefícios;Monitorizar o plano de benefícios e programas de reconhecimento a nível local;Executar a revisão anual salarial com base em surveys salariais elaborando propostas e supervisionando a aplicação das recomendações;Analisar regularmente as práticas de compensação interna e sugerir melhorias nas políticas e processos de compensação e benefícios com base nas conclusões;Participar na conceção e aplicação dos requisitos da diretiva da UE relativa à transparência salarial (Equal Pay);Apoiar o Diretor de RH na Gestão Orçamental, mais precisamente na gestão direta dos custos de pessoal, incluindo a preparação do orçamento dos RH, do forecasts e preparação de todos os cenários necessários;Acompanhamento mensal dos custos de RH e dos mapas com indicadores de gestão (FTE´s, custos, etc) em conjunto com o departamento financeiro;Acompanhar o processamento de salários e tarefas administrativas inerentes ao processo;Elaboração de análises estatísticas, nomeadamente de mapas com indicadores de gestão (FTE's, absentismo, turnover, entre outros);Gestão dos relatórios de RH e outros para entrega aos clientes internos.Perfil ideal Procuram candidatos com o seguinte perfil:
Licenciatura nas áreas de Gestão, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou similares;Experiência profissional comprovada na área de Compensação e Benefícios e conhecimento profundo dos conceitos e técnicas relacionados com a função;Especialização relevante na área de Processamento de Salários e Administrativa de RH;Fluência na língua Inglesa (falada e escrita);Conhecimentos na área do direito do trabalho, dos procedimentos jurídicos e da regulamentação aplicável;Conhecimentos sólidos no MS Office (Excel avançado e Power Point);Conhecimento da plataforma Gesven (considerado uma mais-valia);Pensamento e Análise Crítica, Flexibilidade e Adaptabilidade, Comunicação Eficaz, Foco no Cliente Interno.Vantagens Trata-se de uma excelente oportunidade para integrar uma Empresa do Setor Segurador Multinacional líder no seu setor de atuação, aliado a um atrativo pacote de benefícios.
