Role Overview

We seek an experienced Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Lead to join our HR team in Lisbon, Portugal. This key role will oversee compensation programs and lead the implementation of our HR Information System (HiBob). As a critical member of our HR team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to manage annual bonuses, evaluate job positions, and communicate compensation strategies across our international workforce effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual bonus cycle, including planning, communication, and execution.
  • Oversee job evaluation and position grading processes to ensure consistency and alignment with our company's compensation structure.
  • Maintain and optimize the HiBob HRIS for accurate data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits communications to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
  • Continuously assess and refine compensation programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Support salary benchmarking and market data analysis to ensure competitive positioning in relevant markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in HiBob or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, including salary structures, bonuses, and job grading.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English required; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
