Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a new challenge in compensation management? We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon.

About the Role

We are offering an attractive compensation package with estimated salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This role involves overseeing activities, ensuring processes are followed, and managing tickets in a timely and quality manner. You will also be responsible for analyzing releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely and quality manner
  • Analyze releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value
  • Manage L3 tickets or projects directly

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with compensation management systems like Beqom or similar
  • English is mandatory; French is nice to have
