Salary and BenefitsWe offer attractive and equitable compensation for all employees, based on their skills and experience. The estimated annual base salary for this role is approximately €30,000 to €36,000, although individual salaries may vary. Our total rewards package includes a bonus, incentives, and a competitive benefits program.
Job DescriptionThis role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company as a Payroll Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for executing monthly payroll operations, maintaining time management data, processing the company pension scheme, and participating in global projects. As a key team member, you will work closely with our HR Service Line and interface departments to ensure seamless execution of these tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an international company or the chemical industry
- Fluent written and spoken German language skills, with good English proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of German wage tax and social security law
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll-related tools (SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google tools, particularly Excel
