Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that drive business results and ensure competitiveness in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Corporate Compensation teams to design and implement compensation programs that meet business needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure pay and benefits practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with local legislation and trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in compensation plan design, job analysis, market pricing, and incentives.
  • Previous experience managing compensation programs, international experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and handle confidential information appropriately.
