Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager - Equity Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager - Equity Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and managing equity-based compensation programs, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), virtual stock options, and employee equity plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage equity-based compensation programs to align with strategic goals
  • Utilize equity plan management platforms for administering and analyzing equity compensation
  • Participate in key compensation and benefits processes, such as the annual merit cycle
  • Refine compensation frameworks and guidelines to meet evolving workforce needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a strong emphasis on equity programs in public companies
  • Experience with equity plan design and administration platforms is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
