O/A Car Customer Support Agent vai desempenhar um papel essencial na equipa de operações, de modo a garantir a melhor experiência de pós-venda aos nossos clientes.
Data de início: Abril
Funções Responder prontamente às consultas dos clientes via telefone, e-mail e chat, oferecendo um atendimento profissional e cordial.Colaborar com a equipa interna e parceiros externos para garantir uma experiência de importação fluida e satisfatória, especialmente na experiência de pós-venda.Manter registros detalhados das interações com os clientes no sistema CRM.Ponto de Contacto com os Clientes, após a equipa comercial fechar o negócio;Garantir comunicação regular com os clientes, para assegurar que os mesmos estão descansados e atualizados em relação ao seu processo;Contribuir para melhorias de processos e compartilhar insights sobre desafios recorrentes dos clientes.Candidato/a Ideal Experiência em suporte ao cliente, de preferência nos setores de importação de veículos, automóvel ou logístico.Forte capacidade de resolver problemas e abordagem proativa para atender às preocupações dos clientes.Organização e ownership.Proficiente no uso de sistemas de CRM e ferramentas de suporte ao cliente.Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.Gostar de um ambiente de trabalho com um ritmo acelerado, responsabilidade e autonomia.Fluente em Português + Inglês (Francês e/ou Alemão = big plus).O que oferecemos?
