Tasks Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent for Bose will be: Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and document relevant case information Assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone/email/social media channels Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social/forums/e-commerce reviews) channels Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner Requirements Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: The company is recruiting on soft skills, regardless of your field of studies – they will train you in every aspect of the job.

Type of contract: one-year contract, renewable every year Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM) Salary conditions (*): Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ – 1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience) Excluding accommodation: 1.350€ gross/month (based on level of experience) For international candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months Airport pick up Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU) Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc.
