Your role as the digital Social Media Manager will include the following responsibilities: Planning and developing Social Media Campaigns Creating, editing, managing, and scheduling content and posts across social media accounts Engaging with customers and followers on every Social Media channel Report the campaign results to the Marketing Manager Identify the latest trends and new opportunities to reach more potential customers/followers Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
SOFT SKILLS: Highly organized Details Oriented Creative Curious Excellent with verbal and written communication HARD SKILLS: Main Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube Google MyBusiness Hootsuite or Buffer Hubspot or Salesforce DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager Proficiency in English (French or Portuguese is a plus) Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Proven ability to build social media communities Experience working with and developing a marketing plan ____________________________________________________________________________ And we are excited to have you on board
