ABOUT THE COMPANY
A Portuguese group involved in Arts and Culture, with four distinct business units, operating both nationally and internationally.
ROLE
The Communications Assistant will report directly to the Marketing & Content Manager, with the main objective of handling various operational tasks related to Communications and Marketing content management. This role involves a high level of interaction with various stakeholders and requires strong teamwork skills. It also includes direct involvement in multiple aspects of Communications and Marketing, making it a valuable opportunity for learning and growth in a creative and dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide direct support to the Marketing & Content Manager in various areas, including the logistical management of communications, managing communication suppliers, and daily operations.
– Assist in the management and organisation of files related to communication activities.
– Actively collaborate with the Communications and Marketing department.
– Assist in content management, including research, writing, and reviewing materials as needed.
– Actively participate in content alignment based on video and other media.
– Support the creation of content for social media.
– Assist in press and public relations management.
REQUIREMENTS
– A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferable but not essential.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and support the department's daily operations.
– Quick learning ability and adaptability to different tasks and responsibilities.
