Job Title: HR Assistant/Office Manager
**Responsibilities**:

**General Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations leasing with vendors (coffee, water, fruit cleaning company) and ensure smooth functioning of the office;
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Help with the purchase of office equipment and office supplies;
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Is able to present new initiatives to implement in the office to keep employee engagement and built culture;
**Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with recruitment efforts;
- Maintain and oversee employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Assist with payroll with the finance department;
- Book flights and accommodation for staff traveling on behalf of the company;
- Draft internal communications related to HR updates, policies, and events;
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the HR department;
- Maintain and update HR processes and prepare reports as needed (e.g., headcount analysis, vacations, training completion).
- Maintain and update employee databases and records with accurate information.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures;
**Key requirements**:
- A great attitude and desire to learn in a busy company
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Is comfortable with admin/office management work;
